[food] Sukiyaki
Sukiyaki is the one of the popular hot pot in Japan.
It's similar with Shabu Shabu but the soup is quit different from Shabu Shabu.
BTW, do you know "Sukiyaki song" by Kyu Sakamoto.
It's a very famous song in Japan. And it's released whole world.
It's very old but I like it ... especially the lylic is good.

I'll have to try some hot pots when I go in Japan next year. I'll be there in winter so it will be the good season for it, isn't it :)
